Senior Healthcare Project Manager PM/CM

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; full-time, onsite role.

Salary: $164,279.49–$187,747.98 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex healthcare projects and capital programs from early planning and programming through design, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Act as the primary client representative for senior executives, facilities leaders, and clinical stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, financial performance, change management, and risk.
• Establish governance structures, escalation protocols, decision-making frameworks, execution strategies, and performance metrics.
• Support contract negotiations, procurement strategy, and consultant and contractor engagement.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams and represent projects in client meetings, public forums, and industry engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience managing healthcare construction or capital improvement projects, including large or complex projects.
• Experience serving as a primary client representative with authority to make project decisions.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare facilities planning, construction sequencing, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive-level influencing skills.
• Ability to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies.
