Senior Project Manager (Patient Services)

Location: Mason, Ohio, USA; eligible for hire in select U.S. locations

Salary: USD 120,000–140,000 per year

What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery while maintaining scope, quality, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors, lead project meetings, and communicate progress with stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs, status reports, and project management tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage changes to scope and costs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Document lessons learned and implement project delivery best practices using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience managing projects in a Patient Services Hub or specialty pharmacy environment.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar.

Nice to have

• Client-facing experience in a Patient Services Hub or specialty pharmacy.
• PMP certification or Certified ScrumMaster certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar CRM applications.
