Project Manager - Healthcare

Location: Atlanta, GA; full-time, onsite role. Willingness to travel for project needs is required.

What you will do

• Lead complex healthcare construction projects, overseeing safety, quality, schedules, budgets, contract pricing, procurement, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent to develop project schedules, logistics plans, infection control plans, interim life safety plans, and quality and safety plans.
• Manage subcontractor and material buyout, shop drawing approvals, material delivery, change orders, project documentation, and close-out procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, management, and other stakeholders.
• Manage, train, and supervise project teams while leading meetings and maintaining accurate reporting.
• Support preconstruction, estimating, bid item specialization, business development, and client interviews as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in complex healthcare construction projects, with 5–8 years of field construction management experience overall.
• Degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction software such as CMiC, Procore, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection, project scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating.
• Working knowledge of contract law, project accounting, healthcare construction protocols, infection control, and interim life safety measures.
