Senior Press Operator (Flexographic Printing)

What you will do

• Set up, align, and operate flexographic presses, plates, cylinders, and dies according to job specifications.
• Inspect printed materials for color accuracy, registration, and production defects.
• Blend inks and varnishes, measure viscosity, load raw materials, and maintain appropriate press speeds.
• Perform preventive maintenance, clean equipment components, and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures, maintain a safe production environment, and record time and material usage.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of flexographic printing or machine operation experience preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and basic math proficiency.
• Ability to work independently, follow standard operating procedures, and collaborate with team members.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening is required.
