What you will do

• Perform HVAC/R service and maintenance tasks safely in commercial and residential settings.
• Service, diagnose, and troubleshoot split systems, packaged rooftop units, and chillers.
• Apply electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Complete required electronic documentation daily using a handheld device.
• Work independently within allotted time frames and operate a company vehicle for service calls in an assigned territory.
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage and travel for projects or training as needed.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of commercial HVAC/R service experience required.
• EPA and OSHA certifications.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using data to support decision-making.
• Ability to stand, squat, bend, and stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle record screenings.
