Maintenance Coordinator

Location: Fully on-site in Oakville, Ontario, with routine travel to Waterloo, Toronto, and other offices.

Annual salary: $48,800–$60,300 CAD

What you will do

• Maintain interior and exterior spaces across assigned office locations.
• Perform routine building maintenance, inspections, minor repairs, and equipment adjustments.
• Support ongoing, emergency, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with property management and external vendors to resolve facility issues.
• Manage facilities requests and work tracking in Jira, including documentation and stakeholder updates.
• Set up and relocate furniture for office moves, events, and workspace changes while supporting supplies, tools, equipment, and the Pool Car program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• One to three years of experience in janitorial services, building maintenance, facilities coordination, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of building maintenance procedures, cleaning equipment, products, techniques, and safe operating practices.
• Ability to complete minor repairs to building systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, problem-solving, and service-oriented teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to provide on-call and after-hours support.
