Supervisor, Maintenance - Logistics - Evening Shift

Location: 2401 SCM Way, Cornwall, Ontario, Canada; occasional support at 1501 Industrial Park Drive

Salary: CAD 85,600–112,350 per year, based on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical maintenance support for equipment and facilities.
• Manage maintenance-support calls, assign resources, and coordinate work orders and preventative-maintenance assignments.
• Review completed work to verify proper procedures, effective repairs, and accurate completion.
• Lead and support maintenance associates, including training, certifications, timekeeping, shift assignments, and coverage.
• Coordinate outside contractors and ensure compliance with training, certification, and onsite safety procedures.
• Prepare shift reports, review system error logs every two hours, and communicate project impacts and system performance updates.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Ontario Electrician or Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certificate of Qualification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience coordinating maintenance work, resources, work orders, and shift coverage.
• Ability to support maintenance associates and coordinate contractors in a facility environment.
