Healthcare Project Manager-MEP Infrastructure Focus

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; full-time, on-site role.

Compensation: $116,930.89–$133,635.31 per year

What you will do

• Plan and deliver healthcare capital projects from early programming through design, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Coordinate clients, healthcare stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, authorities having jurisdiction, and internal program leadership.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, cash flow projections, risk logs, reports, and presentations.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and issues, supporting change management and mitigation strategies.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, contractor submissions, and RFIs while supporting construction administration and closeout.
• Coordinate delivery of MEP infrastructure, including central utility plants, air handlers, exhaust fans, water systems, unit substations, distribution panels, and building automation systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience supporting or managing healthcare construction or capital improvement projects.
• Experience focused on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing campus infrastructure.
• Knowledge of healthcare facilities planning, construction sequencing, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and infection prevention and control protocols.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Experience working in active or occupied healthcare environments.
• Experience with project management or scheduling software.
