Senior Creative (Social Media)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $105,000–$140,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop innovative concepts for organic and paid social, digital, experiential, and influencer campaigns.
• Lead selected projects from concept through production with cross-functional teams.
• Execute high-level creative across formats with strong craft, storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Translate brand objectives and marketing strategies into compelling creative ideas.
• Contribute to creative presentations and articulate insights to internal teams and clients.
• Support junior creatives through hands-on collaboration, feedback, and supervision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a creative, copywriting, or strategy role within a social-first agency or brand department.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first content, including paid and influencer work.
• Confident presentation and storytelling skills.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Fluency in Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, adaptability, proactive working style, and collaboration skills.
