Senior Social Media Lead (AI)

Location: New York or San Francisco, United States

Salary: $90,000–$140,000 USD per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and/or commission.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the global social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Position Nscale as a category leader in cloud AI and scale audiences and communities to millions of followers.
• Design AI-powered content pipelines for ideation, creation, distribution, and optimization.
• Translate AI Cloud, HPC, and full-stack AI infrastructure topics into clear social narratives and thought leadership.
• Build practitioner, developer, and enterprise-buyer communities and turn audiences into advocates and contributors.
• Partner with Product, Developer Relations, PR, Demand Gen, and executives to align messaging, campaigns, and personal brands.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in social media, digital strategy, or content leadership.
• Proven success scaling global B2B technology brands to millions of followers.
• Experience in AI, cloud, HPC, SaaS, or deep-tech environments.
• Strong understanding of social platform mechanics, algorithms, emerging trends, AI tools, and content automation.
• Exceptional storytelling skills for technical audiences, with a data-driven and experimental approach.
• Experience building repeatable growth systems and operating at global scale in ambiguous environments.
