What you will do

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and schedule text, image, and short-form video content aligned with the brand voice.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions while fostering a positive online community.
• Track reach, engagement, and conversion metrics to evaluate campaigns and refine strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Product, designers, and content creators on cohesive social media initiatives.
• Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Around 4+ years of experience managing social media campaigns and online communities for brands.
• Strong copywriting skills and a deep understanding of brand voice and messaging.
• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment, with an eye for visual storytelling and content engagement.
