Creative Director

Location: London, United Kingdom. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.K. The role includes onsite live-event content capture; a two-week work-from-anywhere benefit is available.

What you will do

• Lead creative work across multiple EMEA lines of business, maintaining a high standard across social content and integrated campaigns.
• Direct art, copy, editing, ideation, and creative strategy for client work and new business pitches.
• Oversee creator, influencer, and talent campaigns, including complex global partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end live-event content capture and direct onsite teams creating social-native coverage.
• Build client partnerships, align creative vision with commercial goals, and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Mentor large, cross-functional creative teams and improve workflows, briefing sessions, and team structures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of creative agency or media experience.
• Proven experience leading work across the EMEA region.
• Strong experience managing talent and creator partnerships, including complex global social campaigns.
• Experience directing onsite live-event content capture strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, adaptability, and relationship-building skills.
• Authorization to work in the U.K. is required.
