Honda Internet Sales Consultant (Automotive Sales)

Location: Union City, Georgia, United States; full-time, in-store position

What you will do

• Contact customers, identify their needs, and follow the Nalley Honda selling process.
• Respond to internet leads within the required time and provide product information and pricing by email.
• Answer sales calls, set and confirm customer appointments.
• Build customer relationships and develop a referral network.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds, close deals, and manage the sales process from start to finish.
• Work toward store goals and achieve a 12–15% closing ratio on internet leads.

Requirements

• Previous sales, call center, or BDC experience is required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong computer and phone skills, including E-Leads, reports, internet tools, Microsoft Outlook, and CRM systems.
• Motivation to succeed and ability to work as part of a team.
• Professional business attire and appearance.
