What you will do
- Lead and support a team delivering a Travel program.
- Build client relationships, understand business needs, and resolve issues effectively.
- Analyze performance data and reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational and business goals.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Drive process enhancements, efficiency initiatives, training, and skill development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of operations and people management experience.
- Experience in process transformation is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- For internal candidates: an Annual PDP score of Exceeds Expectations or Outstanding, at least 18 months in the current role, and no active DA.

- Experience in a Travel program.
- Leadership experience in a Travel program.
