Support Manager (SaaS - Property Technology)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid working arrangement with 2 days working from home

What you will do

• Manage Software Support Analysts against established client support benchmarks and operational metrics.
• Participate in escalations and collaborate with clients and internal departments to resolve cases.
• Lead team and one-on-one meetings, providing performance updates, direction, coaching, and feedback.
• Develop and implement tactical plans supporting strategic initiatives.
• Conduct monthly case quality audits and complete mid-year and end-of-year performance reviews.
• Support training plans and identify development opportunities for direct reports.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or management experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team toward operational goals.
• Analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and coaching skills.
• Ability to collaborate as part of a cross-functional team.

Nice to have

• Customer service experience.
