Warehouse 3rd Shift Supervisor

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; onsite, third shift

What you will do

• Supervise warehouse, shipping, receiving, inbound, outbound, cross-dock, and yard operations during the assigned shift.
• Plan shipping schedules, trailer flow, dock capacity, and domestic and export freight routing.
• Lead, coach, assign work to, and train warehouse associates while balancing labor with workload.
• Conduct shift-start meetings and communicate priorities, safety initiatives, and operating expectations.
• Verify bills of lading, export documentation, U.S. Customs compliance, shipment accuracy, receipts, and inventory transactions.
• Track productivity, accuracy, attendance, and safety KPIs, and implement process improvements using Lean and 5S principles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; an Associate degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling equipment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
