Warehouse Parts Technician

Location: Spanish Fork, Utah, United States. Onsite warehouse role. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

What you will do

• Maintain an organized warehouse with properly labeled, stored, and accessible parts and components.
• Champion 5S initiatives across warehouse and parts storage areas.
• Pick, process, and fulfill orders through the ERP and sales system, using carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
• Build and configure hardware components to communicate with hirify.global systems.
• Define new kits and components to simplify field installation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inventory, parts sales, and field replacements while supporting Parts Operations.

Requirements

• Familiarity with inventory management, including cycle counting, bin organization, and stock replenishment.
• Hands-on experience with 5S methodology or lean warehouse practices.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
• Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, ERP, or WMS systems.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
• U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• Previous shipping experience.
• Sales or customer service experience.
