DC Supervisor (2nd Shift) (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Groveport, Ohio, United States; Monday–Friday, second shift from 3:30 p.m. to midnight, with overtime after the shift.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, develop, and motivate a distribution-center team of 20 or more hourly associates.
• Set expectations and manage safety, quality, service, productivity, attendance, conduct, and performance.
• Align staffing with workload, maintain time and productivity records, and develop future leaders.
• Oversee shipping activities, outbound order fulfillment, and location-level inventory accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Create work schedules, expedite workflows, standardize procedures, develop SOPs, and prepare daily KPI reports.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of leadership experience in distribution and supervisory experience managing hourly associates in a high-volume warehouse.
• Demonstrated ability to manage performance, enforce accountability, and deliver operational results.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of outbound distribution, order fulfillment, transportation, inventory control, KPIs, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certification for required material-handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP HANA or a similar warehouse management system.
• Understanding of LEAN business practices.
