Materials Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate materials and tools for assigned tasks and ensure materials are staged according to daily work plans.
• Track shortages, service orders, time writing, tool calibration, and open or aging orders.
• Generate standardized reports and maintain administrative logistics records.
• Analyze basic problems, resolve issues under supervision, and escalate when needed.
• Communicate relevant information to internal teams and the Project Lead.
• Identify process gaps, report improvement opportunities, and share findings and ways of working with local peers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience and working level.
• Basic understanding of SAP, CAM, and SMS systems and logistics processes.
• Flexibility and openness to different work settings, locations, and collaborations.
• Must be legally authorized to access technology controlled under United States Export Administration Regulations before beginning work.
