Subcon Management Manager, Taiwan

What you will do

• Develop and implement subcontractor management strategies, policies, and contracts.
• Build subcontractor relationships, monitor service and product delivery, and manage disputes or corrective actions.
• Define KPIs, conduct performance evaluations, and streamline contract approval processes.
• Plan and support project budgets, schedules, capacity requirements, and risk management.
• Evaluate new product setups with subcontractors and reduce scrap and yield loss.
• Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in subcontractor management, supply chain, or procurement.
• Experience in manufacturing, security technology, electronics, or payments is preferred.
• Proven experience managing subcontractor relationships and contracts, including negotiation, performance monitoring, and dispute resolution.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, KPI tracking, data analysis, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, analytical, leadership, conflict-management, and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency in English and Mandarin, spoken and written.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
