Procurement Operations Manager - Personal System

What you will do

• Manage procurement and supply chain activities for assigned strategic commodities and product categories.
• Coordinate with strategic suppliers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Investigate and help resolve material shortages, shipment delays, certification challenges, and other supply chain disruptions.
• Manage supplier communications and alignment on quality, delivery, compliance, and operational priorities.
• Design automation workflows and use digital tools to streamline manual processes and improve data visibility.
• Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and provide insights for planning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in supply chain management, manufacturing engineering, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, category management, manufacturing, operations, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and communicating effectively with internal and external teams.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Excel, data analysis tools, Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Automate, or other digital process-improvement solutions.
• Knowledge of procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, supply chain management, ERP, SAP applications, and material requirements planning.

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management certification.
