Sr Production Supervisor (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Livermore, California, United States; onsite full-time. Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.

Salary: $104,600–$137,235 per year, depending on experience, skills, and background.

What you will do

• Lead daily manufacturing operations in a high-volume, high-precision semiconductor fab to meet throughput, quality, cost, and cycle-time objectives.
• Execute production schedules, capacity plans, and work priorities across assigned tools and processes.
• Monitor yield, equipment utilization, scrap, on-time delivery, and other production KPIs.
• Supervise, coach, schedule, train, and develop manufacturing technicians and operators.
• Coordinate resolution of production issues and communicate risks, status, and corrective actions across technicians, engineers, and management.
• Lead kaizen events, standard-work creation, root-cause investigations, and process improvement initiatives with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with cleanroom operations, semiconductor manufacturing, Lean manufacturing, kaizen, and operations problem solving.
• Experience directly supervising and developing manufacturing technicians or operators.
• Ability to enforce safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, EHS standards, ISO requirements, and fab operating procedures.
• Ability to work onsite in Livermore, California, on the specified 12-hour shift schedule.
