Liquidity Product Manager (Banking)

Location: Denver, CO, United States; full-time, onsite role with occasional travel required.

Salary: $159,745–$167,067 per year for new hires in Denver, plus potential annual bonus, incentives, and restricted stock.

What you will do

• Manage the complete lifecycle of products and systems supporting the bank’s deposit strategy.
• Execute product strategy and roadmaps in partnership with Product Management, business units, and senior and executive leadership.
• Lead complex initiatives including virtual account management, digital asset deposit strategy, consumer deposit strategy, and deposit sweep strategy optimization.
• Develop business cases, gather requirements, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and drive ongoing product enhancements.
• Monitor product performance, pricing, adoption, service delivery, risks, and opportunities while supporting risk and control frameworks.
• Lead and develop a team through hiring, coaching, performance management, and strategic execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in Product Management, Sales, corporate treasury, banking operations, strategy, treasury management sales, or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of financial services or banking products and applicable regulatory, legal, and compliance obligations.
• Advanced experience with product launches, roadmaps, business cases, product enhancements, communication plans, and executive presentations.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Denver, CO; occasional travel is required.
