E-Sourcing Senior Analyst

Location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Manage electronic sourcing activities, including RFPs and e-auctions, using e-sourcing platforms.
• Analyze supplier proposals, contract terms, purchasing data, and supply chain information to identify best-value and cost-saving opportunities.
• Draft, review, and finalize supplier contracts in line with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Train suppliers to use e-sourcing tools and electronic contract management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
• Monitor and report supplier performance against quality standards and delivery timelines, and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contract management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing sourcing events, supplier negotiations, contract administration, and spend analysis through e-sourcing platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with e-sourcing tools and electronic contract management systems.
