What you will do

• Manage the full procurement cycle, including identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing vendor onboarding.
• Execute sourcing activities using tools like Coupa (RFPs, RFIs, Reverse Auctions) to ensure cost savings and budget compliance.
• Handle daily procurement operations, including purchase requisitions, PO processing, and delivery coordination.
• Monitor and control third-party costs and analyze market trends to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuity of supply in accordance with global policies.
• Provide administrative support for the Facilities team, managing budgets and reporting operational KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
• Proven proficiency in negotiation and contract management.
• Knowledge of administrative processes within a facilities department.
• Must be based in Mandaluyong City, Manila, Philippines

Nice to have

• Experience with procurement systems such as Coupa, Workday, or SAP.
• Six Sigma Yellow or Green belt certification.
• Professional certifications in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
