What you will do
- Lead daily global procurement operations, including indirect procurement, sourcing support, purchase order processing, and service delivery.
- Manage sourcing activities, supplier negotiations, contract support, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement across supported markets.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare operational reports, and resolve complex procurement challenges.
- Coach and develop team members through performance management, resource planning, training, and professional development.
- Partner with category managers, local procurement operations, process excellence teams, and suppliers to improve compliance and service delivery.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, update procedures, support audits, and implement procurement solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain, procurement, engineering, or a related business or technical discipline.
- At least 18 months of procurement experience, including sourcing, bid evaluation, supplier engagement, and procurement process execution.
- Experience coaching, developing, motivating, and managing teams to achieve operational goals.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of supplier management, procurement systems, international trade practices, logistics, foreign trade regulations, and Incoterms is desirable.
- Flexible schedules may be required; multinational procurement or shared services experience is advantageous.
