Team Lead, Global Procurement

What you will do

• Lead daily indirect procurement, sourcing, purchasing, and purchase order operations in compliance with company policies.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of buyers through performance feedback and career support.
• Oversee supplier negotiations, critical contracts, and complex sourcing projects.
• Monitor performance metrics, reporting, audits, and stakeholder reviews to maintain high service levels.
• Partner with category managers, procurement operations, and business stakeholders across regions.
• Drive process standardization, optimization, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, negotiations, and purchasing systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced global organization.
