Logistics and Trade Manager

Location: Fort Collins, Colorado, USA; hybrid

Salary: $110,900–$157,900 per year, with bonus eligibility when applicable.

What you will do

• Lead daily 3PL operations, including capacity, efficiency, service performance, metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee customer order processing, EDI and non-EDI transactions, order-to-cash activities, and customer compliance requirements.
• Manage the storage, movement, warehousing, distribution, returns, reclamation, and reverse logistics of finished goods.
• Maintain customer master data in Oracle and related systems to support accurate transactions and operational continuity.
• Analyze delivery, order compliance, scorecard, and operational KPI trends; conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop logistics strategies and process improvements covering warehouse optimization, cost reduction, automation, e-commerce fulfillment, and direct-to-consumer operations.

Requirements

• Experience overseeing logistics, warehousing, customer fulfillment, trade compliance, and external 3PL operations.
• Ability to manage cross-functional logistics execution with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Quality, and Warehousing.
• Capability to establish and report logistics and warehousing KPIs and improve customer service performance.
• Knowledge of operational compliance requirements including ISO, FDA, OSHA, Hazmat, environmental, and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments, including occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds and adherence to warehouse safety protocols.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean principles and Kaizen initiatives.
• Experience supporting e-commerce and direct-to-consumer fulfillment and returns.
