Enterprise Supply Chain Manager (Logistics)

Location: Aurora, Colorado, United States

Salary: $145,000–$177,300 per year for the Colorado area.

What you will do

• Manage enterprise supply chain activities across multiple sites, including loading docks, supply, warehouses, vehicles, transportation, property, procurement, and copier maintenance.
• Direct, coordinate, and manage teams responsible for supply chain and logistics functions.
• Manage both operations and maintenance logistics and mission logistics operations.
• Coordinate with CLIN Managers, COTRs, GPOCs, and site logistics stakeholders on logistics-related work and significant events.
• Apply quality control and standardize best practices to ensure consistent performance.
• Provide operational information needed to calculate service costs and maintain compliance with safety regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• At least five years of experience managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
• At least two consecutive years of supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience with process improvement, warehousing, procurement programs, logistical functions, and accountable property management.
• Personnel management experience with strong organizational, interpersonal, oral, written communication, and group leadership skills.
• Willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least seven years of experience managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
