Onsite Client Logistics Representative (Logistics)

Location: Timmonsville, South Carolina, United States; onsite. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, with occasional after-hours or weekend support based on customer needs.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year, plus eligibility for quarterly performance incentives.

What you will do

• Oversee daily operations for key customer accounts, including data entry, load planning, shipment tracking, and issue management.
• Provide customer service and resolve delays, missed pickups or deliveries, damaged freight, accounting discrepancies, and other shipment exceptions.
• Manage carrier and customer relationships in collaboration with Account Management, Freight Audit & Pay, Carrier Relations, and Contracts teams.
• Ensure shipments are planned and executed on time while balancing customer specifications, cost, service, routing guides, and compliance benchmarks.
• Coordinate carrier onboarding, capacity and pricing requests, portal training, and customer communications.
• Review shipments for discrepancies before audit and invoicing and produce accurate internal and customer-facing reports.

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in the transportation and logistics industry and transportation management systems.
• Critical thinking and data analysis skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication and strong customer service skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and reporting abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments while also working autonomously and remaining calm under pressure.
• Ability to work onsite in Timmonsville, South Carolina, during EST business hours, with occasional after-hours or weekend support.
