VP, Managing Director, Business Solutions (Marketing)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $170,000–$230,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead strategic media planning that translates client goals into performance-focused, analytics-driven solutions.
• Develop strategic frameworks, quarterly plans, client recommendations, and multi-channel media strategies.
• Apply attribution models, campaign reporting, business metrics, and analytics tools to optimize future campaigns.
• Oversee Business Solutions operations, agency revenue, profitability, contracts, staffing, and client deliverables.
• Build senior client relationships, manage expectations, provide strategic points of view, and resolve issues proactively.
• Manage and develop media professionals through feedback, goal setting, staffing support, and training.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience.
• Thorough understanding of advanced analytics and performance media.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience, including developing media professionals.
• Experience in client relationship management and presenting ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and media research and reporting resources.
