What you will do

• Lead investment strategy across linear TV, addressable TV, and streaming video.
• Oversee cross-channel video strategies and analysis in partnership with media strategy, precision, account management, and measurement teams.
• Manage video investment teams, workflows, strategic guidance, and escalation points for clients and team members.
• Develop partner relationships, negotiate with broadcasters and CTV/ATV providers, and identify incremental value opportunities.
• Use audience insights, data, and historical performance to validate and optimize campaign investments.
• Contribute video expertise to new business pitches and increase agency visibility in advanced video offerings.

Requirements

• Six to nine years of media planning and buying experience focused on cross-channel video.
• Deep expertise in digital streaming video and strong familiarity with linear TV activation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications, or an equivalent field.
• Analytical ability, comfort with data and numbers, and strong strategic thinking.
• Deep relationships with video partners and excellent negotiation, communication, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and guide and develop direct reports.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, or Midjourney.
