What you will do

• Lead Media group management for key accounts and oversee the broader team.
• Develop media strategies and write media plans aligned with brand marketing objectives.
• Direct project negotiation, implementation, and performance analysis.
• Translate consumer insights into digital behaviors and marketing strategies.
• Provide digital media expertise to brand teams and clients.
• Identify opportunities for creative and additional hirify.global services and present them to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Four years of college education; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Ten to twelve years of agency experience.
• Deep familiarity with the digital environment and digital marketing strategy.
• Ability to develop and apply consumer insights and qualitative measurement approaches across online and offline channels.
• Ability to represent the agency effectively and adapt to client and business needs.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, or Midjourney.
• Master’s degree.
