Implementation Specialist

Location: Boynton Beach, Florida, USA; full-time onsite role with travel to client locations up to 20% of the time

What you will do

• Deliver customized online and onsite training to help clients maximize the software.
• Set up and implement software according to each client’s needs and objectives.
• Provide consulting, troubleshooting, and implementation support for new and existing clients.
• Build long-term client relationships and respond to questions and concerns throughout implementation.
• Present product demonstrations, best practices, and relevant content at client events and webinars.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve client-facing technical challenges and maintain implementation records.

Requirements

• Experience in a client-facing role involving software implementation, customer success, or IT consulting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and manage complex client situations independently.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of other productivity tools is beneficial.
• Basic accounting knowledge is advantageous, along with a background in project management, business consulting, or technical support.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings, training, and events.
