Implementation Consultant (ERP)

hirify.global provides software solutions that customers implement with support from implementation consultants.

What you will do

• Implement hirify.global and provide ongoing consulting based on each customer's business processes.
• Act as the primary customer contact and trusted advisor throughout implementation projects.
• Lead sessions covering business initiatives, process gaps, reporting, and data analytics requirements.
• Gather requirements, design and configure systems, define new processes, and develop solutions for complex business needs.
• Coordinate testing, concept validation, user acceptance testing, data migration recommendations, go-live activities, and post-go-live consulting.
• Track project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, escalations, and implementation activity reporting.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of software implementation or consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems; ERP implementation experience is preferred.
• Understanding of business practices in manufacturing, distribution, retail, operations, and finance.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business management, accounting, supply chain, information systems, or an equivalent field.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly through virtual interactions and strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Fundamental networking knowledge and basic proficiency configuring and managing Windows printer connections.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in the lumber and building materials industry.
