Implementation Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Estimated base salary: £73,000–£77,000 per year; equity and commission are also offered.

What you will do

• Deliver the hirify.global Accelerator onboarding program for new customers and help maximize time to value.
• Maintain customer engagement from sales handoff through implementation and value realization.
• Create implementation plans, track progress against adoption goals, and adapt plans as needed.
• Develop customer champions and communicate customer needs to Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, and enablement teams.
• Identify implementation risks, create mitigation plans, and manage multiple customer projects with limited oversight.
• Document customer value through case studies, use cases, success metrics, and adoption progress.

Requirements

• 2+ years delivering risk advisory or technology risk engagements, including SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, or NIST assessments, and/or 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or a similar role.
• Strong consulting skills and a proven ability to drive business value for customers as a trusted advisor.
• Project management proficiency, including prioritizing and managing multiple customers, projects, and requests.
• Executive presence and the ability to influence change and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Bias toward action, ownership of projects from start to finish, and the ability to work with minimal direction.
• Team-oriented, mission-first approach.
