Location: Remote (UK)

Salary: £73,000–£77,000 annual base salary, plus equity and commission.

What you will do

• Deliver the hirify.global Accelerator onboarding program for new customers and help maximize time to value.
• Build trusted customer relationships throughout implementation, from sales handoff through value realization.
• Develop customer success plans, track progress, and adapt implementation activities to customer goals.
• Cultivate customer champions and improve customer knowledge of the hirify.global platform.
• Represent customer needs to Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
• Identify implementation risks, create mitigation plans, and document adoption metrics, use cases, and customer value.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK for this remote role.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering risk advisory or technology risk engagements, including SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, or NIST assessments, and/or 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or a similar role.
• Strong consulting skills and a track record of helping complex organizations achieve customer and business value.
• Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple customers, projects, and requests with limited oversight.
• Executive presence and the ability to influence change and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Ownership, bias toward action, professional problem-solving, and a collaborative, mission-first approach.
