Senior Manager, Strategic Account Management

Location: Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan

What you will do

• Develop account growth plans covering expansion, campaigns, and menu optimization.
• Lead regular business reviews to align partners on goals and performance insights.
• Manage commercial terms, contract negotiations, and budget planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Analyze campaign and sales performance to improve return on investment.
• Optimize internal workflows and share account management best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in account management or strategic partnerships, ideally with AAA or chain brands.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Mandarin and professional English.
• Onsite role in Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan.
