What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets in Taiwan.
  • Provide management oversight to regional sales managers to drive strategy and goal attainment.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new customer segments and expand market share.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop top talent to build and maintain a high-performance organizational culture.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and executive relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Serve as the company spokesperson for public speaking engagements, media interviews, and industry events.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of sales and people management experience within a technology MNC.
  • Proven track record of senior leadership and overachievement in sales leadership roles in Taiwan.
  • Deep understanding of data infrastructure storage technologies and the Taiwan competitive landscape.
  • Expertise in consultative sales methodologies, specifically MEDDPICC.
  • Established network of executive relationships with customer decision-makers and industry partners.
  • Strong business acumen, financial analysis skills, and experience in strategic planning.
