Country Manager, Taiwan

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; hybrid working environment with in-office and/or in-person expectations

What you will do

• Develop and execute the Taiwan business plan to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Lead sales managers, improve organizational effectiveness, coach employees, and build a high-performance work environment.
• Identify market opportunities, expand customer segments and market share, and develop strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Build relationships with key customers and partners while ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee operations, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business process execution.
• Recruit and develop talent and represent hirify.global through public speaking, media interviews, and industry events.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in Taiwan and a consistent track record of overachievement in sales leadership are required.
• 15+ years of sales and people management experience, including leading and growing a technology infrastructure business in Taiwan as part of a technology multinational corporation.
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure storage technologies and the competitive landscape in Taiwan.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with customers and partners.
• Established executive relationships with customer decision-makers, key industry partners, and top talent.
• Experience in public speaking and media interviews.
• Strong business acumen, financial analysis skills, and experience developing and executing strategic plans.
• Experience with consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
