Account Manager (Test and Measurement)

Location: Taipei City, Taiwan; territory coverage includes Taoyuan, Hsinchu Science Park, central Taiwan, and southern Taiwan

What you will do

• Drive profitable order and sales growth for assigned accounts and territories.
• Sell direct-sales products and solutions through daily customer engagement.
• Manage business coverage and demand among small and medium-sized enterprises in assigned Taiwan territories.
• Analyze market and customer data to identify trends and sales opportunities.
• Create tactical action plans and compelling sales plans focused on measurable growth.
• Expand high-end product market share and support channel partners in central and southern Taiwan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience selling test and measurement products or applications.
• Experience with datacenter, computing, consumer, component, material, EV, or high-speed serial I/O applications is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin are required.
• Strong presentation, organizational, self-motivation, discipline, and execution skills.
