Expression of Interest: Contract Park Managers

Location: Onsite in New South Wales or Victoria, Australia; park managers are required to live onsite.

What you will do

• Employ, engage, lead, and manage park employees.
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience across the park.
• Oversee all areas of day-to-day park operations.
• Manage budgets, financials, and operational planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory standards while leading by example.
• Maintain a hands-on approach to operational work and park management.

Requirements

• Apply as a balanced management couple with complementary operational, commercial, financial, and leadership skills.
• Experience in holiday parks, tourism, hospitality, accommodation, or similar operational roles.
• Strong customer focus, commercial acumen, flexibility, and a can-do attitude.
• Appropriate fitness for a hands-on role.
• Live onsite at the assigned holiday park in New South Wales or Victoria.
• Possess or be prepared to establish a Proprietary Limited Company (Pty Ltd) and hold a valid ABN.
