Recycling Centre Team Lead - Batemans Bay

Location: 70 Cranbrook Rd, Batemans Bay NSW 2536, Australia. Full-time, working across four weekdays and one weekend day per week.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations at the Batemans Bay depot.
• Guide, motivate and organise the team during each shift.
• Support customers using Return and Earn machines.
• Provide hands-on assistance during busy periods.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-functioning site.
• Coach team members, resolve on-the-spot issues and support a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a people leadership role.
• Customer service experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft apps and general IT skills.
• Cleaning or maintenance experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Federal police check, pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening, and reference checks are required.
