Pediatric Clinical Nursing Instructor (Part-Time)

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Teach pediatric nursing students in inpatient healthcare settings.
• Plan clinical experiences and provide direct supervision while students deliver nursing care.
• Evaluate student performance against course objectives and provide documented feedback.
• Prepare clinical assignments, support remediation, and maintain current knowledge of agency policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with course coordinators, clinical agencies, administrators, staff, and faculty to address student and agency concerns.
• Support curriculum implementation, assessment activities, retention efforts, and ongoing program improvement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of nursing practice as a registered nurse within the last five years.
• Professional nurse licensure in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and prudent judgment.
• Ability to teach and evaluate nursing students in clinical environments.
