Honda Finance Director (Automotive)

What you will do

• Manage and lead the finance and insurance staff.
• Coach and mentor finance team members to improve performance and PVR results.
• Present finance and insurance products and take finance turn-overs during the sales process.
• Build relationships with customers, employees, lenders, bankers, and manufacturer representatives.
• Prepare and submit accurate title and funding paperwork while reducing C.I.T. errors.
• Meet monthly objectives and follow local and national regulations.

Requirements

• At least three years of automotive finance experience.
• Proven performance record, strong work ethic, personal ethics, and self-motivation.
• Leadership, teamwork, attention to detail, and customer relationship-building skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Internet tools, MS Outlook, Dealertrack, and ADP.
• Ability to deliver proper menu presentations and desk deals for sales professionals.
• Understanding of tag and title laws and DMV procedures.
