What you will do

• Establish and maintain a menu selling process to improve F&I profitability and product penetration.
• Participate in the F&I production team on a rotational basis.
• Manage and monitor lender portfolios.
• Review departmental paperwork for accuracy and timely transaction processing.
• Ensure deals comply with company policies, local regulations, state laws, and federal guidelines.
• Support sales objectives, reinforce selling methodologies, uphold customer service standards, and manage the finance department schedule.
