Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) Director

What you will do

• Lead the Finance and Insurance department at an automotive dealership.
• Develop and maintain menu selling processes to improve department profitability and product penetration.
• Participate in the F&I production team and track lender portfolios.
• Review deal paperwork for accuracy and timely completion.
• Ensure deals comply with company, local, state, and federal requirements.
• Coordinate with sales leadership on selling methods, department goals, and finance schedules.

• Proven experience as a high-performing automotive Finance and Insurance Director.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.
