Auto Finance Credit Rep-Sr

Location: Remote; must reside in North Carolina or Tennessee and be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

What you will do

• Approve, deny, and negotiate consumer auto credit applications, including complex cases, submitted through auto dealers.
• Underwrite indirect auto consumer loans according to credit policies, underwriting procedures, and loan-structure guidelines.
• Build dealer relationships to support profitable, high-quality business growth.
• Provide service to dealer staff and applicants while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Approve credit overrides, recommend improvements to dealer and loan performance, and cross-sell bank products.
• Potentially manage related staff, including underwriters.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 3 years of experience in administrative credit functions or underwriting.
• Prime auto underwriting experience is preferred.
• Professional, personable communication style with a strong customer-service focus.
• Excellent written communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a deadline-driven, multitasking environment.
• Must reside in North Carolina or Tennessee and already have full-time United States work authorization; immigration sponsorship is not available.
