Location: Onsite at 14349 N Kelley Ave, Edmond, Oklahoma, USA, with assignments at retail dealerships in Oklahoma City and Shawnee

What you will do

• Offer financing, insurance, and related product options using a comprehensive menu-selling process.
• Process loan and lease applications and track portfolios with lenders.
• Review deal paperwork for accuracy, compliance, and timely turnaround.
• Support the sales department and reinforce proper selling methods.
• Maintain current knowledge of financing and insurance products, services, and market trends.
• Deliver professional customer service while meeting F&I department profitability and product-penetration goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a top-performing automotive Finance and Insurance Manager.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
