[2026-2027] Math Teacher - Middle School

Location: New York City, New York, USA; based in NYC with travel to hirify.global schools required.

Salary: $70,829–$136,704 per year.

What you will do

• Teach a rigorous college-preparatory mathematics curriculum aligned with school standards and New York State standards.
• Create engaging, high-quality learning experiences for middle school students.
• Use student data and ongoing assessment to guide instructional decisions and monitor progress.
• Provide individual and small-group instruction for students requiring additional support.
• Communicate student results and progress with families and colleagues.
• Collaborate with other teachers while modeling hirify.global’s character strengths.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• New York State teacher certification in the appropriate content area.
• At least two years of teaching experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute to a collegial, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated success in raising student achievement in hirify.global communities.
