HR People Partner (Denver On-site)

Location: Full-time on-site at the Denver office in Greenwood Village, Colorado, United States. Occasional flexibility outside regular business hours and travel may be required to support candidates, employees, and business needs across time zones.

Expected salary range: $96,730–$102,420 USD annually.

What you will do

• Partner with leaders across US Sales, Product, Market Intelligence, and Commercialization functions on workforce planning, organizational design, performance, and change management.
• Coach managers through performance conversations, team dynamics, organizational changes, and internal communications.
• Handle complex employee relations matters and support onboarding, engagement, wellness, development, and feedback initiatives.
• Own US benefits maintenance, plan selection, broker and carrier relationships, open enrollment, leave programs, and employee communications.
• Guide the strategic direction and renewals of global benefits and leave programs across the USA, Canada, UK, and Poland.
• Support full-cycle recruitment, hiring-panel training, candidate assessment, and broader People Team process improvements.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience with business partnering across multiple functions or leadership groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with employee relations, benefits and leave administration, vendor and broker management, compensation, and variable pay structures.
• Working knowledge of US federal and state employment law and HR compliance, with exposure to Canada, the UK, or Europe.
• Strong coaching, influencing, communication, and senior-leader partnership skills.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms such as BambooHR, plus comfort working across countries and time zones.

Nice to have

• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or CEBS certification.
• Multi-country benefits experience across Canada, the UK, or Europe.
• Experience supporting sales or commercial teams.
