Document Control Manager (Datacenter)

Location: On-site in Austin, TX; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA

Salary: $132,000 – $154,000

What you will do

• Own the document control system for datacenter design and construction, including drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Run configuration management to ensure all sites are built to the current approved baseline.
• Enforce naming, versioning, and approval workflows to maintain document traceability.
• Manage document flow between design firms, EPCs, vendors, and internal teams to prevent bottlenecks.
• Maintain audit trails and revision histories for construction, commissioning, and closeout teams.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience running document control for large engineering or construction programs.
• Proven ability to manage configuration management and prevent builds from superseded revisions.
• Proficiency in administering document control systems such as Aconex, Procore, or SharePoint.
• Strong track record of managing document flow across external design firms and vendors.

Nice to have

• Experience in datacenter, industrial, or mission-critical construction.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam.
• Experience with as-built and closeout documentation on high-rigor programs.
